Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and providing insights to drive business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop data models, and create visualizations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in SQL, business analysis, and data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.

Duties:
– Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives
– Design and implement database solutions to store and organize large datasets
– Develop and maintain data models for analysis and reporting purposes
– Perform data cleansing, transformation, and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency
– Analyze complex datasets using SQL queries and statistical methods
– Create interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau
– Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
– Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support decision-making processes
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven initiatives
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics
– Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
– Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases
– Knowledge of business analysis techniques and methodologies
– Familiarity with programming languages such as R or Python is a plus
– Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
– Knowledge of database design principles and best practices
– Ability to analyze complex datasets and derive meaningful insights
– Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
– Excellent communication skills to effectively present findings to non-technical stakeholders
